Oakenshawe residents are an urbane and diverse group: young families, retirees, empty-nesters, long-time residents, and singles. Together, we form a cohesive, close-knit community where neighbors look out for each other. Recently, Oakenshawe has attracted an influx of young families. Their energy has generated kid-friendly events and activities. We have lived here for nearly a decade with our young daughters and we love life in Oakenshawe.
